Start: 2012/04/02 10:18 – Users reported a problem accessing RTI-based Google Groups.
2013/04/02 10:00 – IT support analysts began working on the issue.
2013/04/02 16:30 - Additional logging was added to the script that manages members in RTI-based Google Groups.
2013/04/02 00:00 - The script was started.
2013/04/04 04:50 - The script successfully completed.
End: 2013/04/05 15:00 – The script was successfully completed a second time. No further problems have been reported.
