What was timeline of the incident?Start: 2013/10/30 08:00 – Users called began to report issues loading some websites.2013/10/30 08:05 – IT support analysts began working on the issue.2013/10/30 09:40 – A temporary work around was put in place.2013/10/30 10:15 – It was discovered that the Augustana campus was experiencing a degradation of service and that they were unable to access the public internet or University of Alberta hosted services, including www.ualberta.ca.2013/10/30 10:30 - The issues affecting Augustana were corrected. IT support analysts continued their work to implement a permanent solution.2013/10/30 18:00 - Root cause determined.2013/10/30 22:00 - IT support analysts implemented fix.End: 2013/10/30 22:30 - Service was restored.
