What was impact?The affected users were not able to access the internet.What was the timeline of the incident?Start: 2013/09/02 10:06 - Monitoring systems discovered a problem with a core network switch in Lister.2013/09/02 10:06 - Lister network switch reloaded between 10:06 and 10:10. Client connections to Lister would have had no network connectivity briefly.2013/09/02 10:10 - Client connections were restored.2013/09/02 10:30 - IT support analysts began working on the issue.End: 2013/09/02 12:45 - Lister switch redundant services were restored.
