Start: 2013/07/19 09:20 – IT Analysts discovered a problem with the ACD system affecting the Registrar's Office.
2013/07/19 09:30 – The telephone vendor was contacted and analysts began working on the issue.
End: 2013/07/19 09:55– Service was restored and the phone numbers were tested to ensure connectivity.
