OUTAGE RESOLUTION: eClass Live - 2013/07/12

What happened? 
The eClass Live service failed.

Who was affected?
All professors and students using eClass Live were affected. 

What was the impact?
Users were unable to create or log into meetings through eClass Live or connect to any meeting through a predefined meeting web address.

What was the current timeline of the incident?
Start: 2013/07/12 09:40 – AICT was notified that the service was unavailable.
2013/07/12 09:42 - IT support analysts established that the web portal was not responding.
2013/07/12 09:46 - IT support analysts restarted services on the affected servers.
End: 2013/07/12 09:48 - Services were restored.
