Website Wizardry: New AICT Site Coming! |
|
The current AICT site is about to undergo a miraculous transformation… Right after the disappearing act, that is.
This website has reached the end of its days. It no longer accurately reflects our services, or even the structure and vision of AICT. We have undergone a metamorphosis, we need a brand new website to show you our newfound colours!

May 25, 2012: Watch Closely
This is the day when our current website will disappear right before your eyes, only to be replaced by an AICT web presence much more remarkable.
A Work In Progress
The website transformation will take more than a little magic to complete—It will take some time. Information about AICT and our services may be incomplete during the transition. Please don't be alarmed! The website will manifest itself, in one whole piece, before the beginning of classes in fall.
In the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact our Help Desk at 780-492-9400 or

See you on the other side! |

Gone Google: A Site to See |
|
There’s been a lot of hype about the University of Alberta “Going Google”—but what does this mean for you? We have created a UAlberta Google Apps website to explain the Google craze, accessible at http://google.ualberta.ca.
Along with an overview of each of the services in the Google Apps Suite, we have provided you with some tips on how to best implement and use these tools in your daily life on campus. What’s more, we have free training through the Technology Training Centre available to you if you have some difficulties finding your way around the application suite!
Are you a fan of blogging? From this site, you can access the official Google Apps blog for regular updates and tricks-of-the-tool, or you can read the blog of our very own Google Migration Team for relevant information that hits closer to home.
You can also watch our progress—information about our Migration Project is readily available on the site, and you can see how many users have made the switch and “Gone Google!”
Please take a visit, it really is a site to see!

Beware of Additional Cell Phone Charges for International Usage |
|
